About Kuni
My name is Kuni, and I’m a future educator driven by a deep passion for teaching and empowering young minds. I’m currently studying a Master of Teaching and hold a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Gender Studies and Philosophy. My academic journey has shaped my love for learning and deepened my commitment to helping others grow into confident, critical, and compassionate thinkers. I chose teaching because I believe in education as a transformative force—not just to pass exams, but to inspire self-awareness, creativity, and independence. As someone who has experienced the challenges of traditional schooling systems, I understand how important it is for students to feel supported and truly engaged in what they’re learning. That’s why I strive to build learning spaces where students feel safe to explore, question, and express themselves. In my lessons, I teach English, Philosophy, and Humanities to primary and secondary students. I focus on helping learners build essential skills for their future—critical thinking, written and verbal communication, ethical reasoning, and analytical understanding. My goal is to not only help students succeed academically, but also guide them toward becoming thoughtful, empowered individuals who are ready to shape the world. Teaching, for me, is about nurturing potential and creating meaningful connections.
