About Ardyn
Hi! I am an English PhD student who loves teaching almost as much as I love learning. I have been writing since I could pick up a pen. I am also what you call a 'book worm', who you can find cuddled up with a book at the coffee shop when I'm not researching. For those interested, I am researching Victorian newspapers and Black activism, but, during my undergraduate and MA careers, I studied writing and literature from around the globe, ranging from the medieval period to present day. I have been educated in writing composition and analytical reading skills. No matter what you or your child requires, be it reading, studying, writing, proofreading, etc., I am the tutor for you. In addition to accepting a wide-range of ages and education statuses, I have tutored people from various cultural backgrounds, English-speaking levels, and learning speeds. As I have served as a Special Needs Attendant for over five years, I have experience working with neurodivergent children/young adults. Hello! I am an English PhD student in London, and I have tutored, lectured, and served in editorial positions, including proofreading. I am able to teach a wide range of ages as I have tutored students under ten and lectured at university. I am flexible on how long the tutoring sessions are, and I approach tutoring by first understanding the needs of my students and what learning style is best suited for them. As I have served as editorial assistant for an English education journal, I am well-versed in diverse teaching methods. I always offer a smile, am very understanding, and love helping people meet their goals and progress in their educational endeavours.
