My first approach as a teacher or a mentor is to figure out the weak points in the student and make it strong, the usual structure of the class include, checking any previous knowledge of the student regarding a topic, making him/her read it first the find out the learning difficulties, then making it understand by explaining the text, the summary and the meaning of some difficult words, lastly evaluating the knowledge by asking some questions and giving some work to do in home. The class is intended to teach school students.
