About Taragh
Hi, I’m Taragh, a dedicated and enthusiastic language tutor currently studying a Bachelor of Education in Languages at the University of Limerick, where I specialize in French and Irish. As a third-year student teacher, I have developed strong communication, teaching, and classroom management skills through both academic training and practical teaching experience.
I have experience teaching and supporting students in French, Irish, and English, helping learners improve their confidence, understanding, and overall language ability. I understand that every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching style to suit individual needs and goals. My lessons are patient, encouraging, and designed to create a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making progress at their own pace.
I am passionate about languages and education, and I enjoy helping students build confidence in speaking, grammar, pronunciation, and written work. I have TEFL training and experience supporting English learners from different backgrounds and levels. I am patient, approachable, and committed to helping students achieve their language goals, whether for school, travel, work, exams, or everyday conversation.
My lessons are suitable for children, teenagers, and adults from beginner to intermediate level, including students who simply want to improve their confidence speaking English.
