About Shashank
Uh, I am just a grad student at BHU. I have had this habit of mine to share everything I know and try to teach the other person that particular thing for no reason at all. I think I have been doing that on wrong people and I need to divert that habit of mine to a good direction.

I haven't had any major teaching experience in the past except for a couple of times I took classes at my mother's school or taught my younger cousins but one thing I know for sure that I will have an unorthodox approach at teaching. I would try my best to understand student's learning patters and pace and would structure the teaching accordingly. Other than that, students can feel a level of comfort and friendly connection with me.
