About Emilie
I began tutoring before I started my Bachelor's degree in English at King's College, Cambridge. I have tutored multiple students of different ages and abilities from primary school age needing extra help, to GCSE students pushing for top grades. I enjoy working with enthusiastic students and adapting and adjusting based on each individual student's requirements.

I start each lesson by laying out clear objectives to the student. These vary based on the age and level of the student. We will work through exercises together to build up towards independent work and exam techniques. Each lesson lasts an hour. I have been tutoring for four years, and I offer lessons for students anywhere between the ages of 5-18. I have experience teaching in a primary school and a degree from the University of Cambridge in English literature, as well as straight A*'s/A's at GCSE and A level.
