About Patricia
My name is Patsy Ryland and I have more than twenty-five years of teaching experience. I am passionate about both education and sport, having spent many years as the Head of Physical Education Department whilst specialising in English Language teaching. I have over twenty years' experience teaching English around the world, with the last six years spent teaching English online.
I am passionate about helping students achieve their language goals and believe that lessons should be both engaging and enjoyable. I have extensive experience using the Callan Method and have also taught Ellii lessons. My teaching experience includes Business English, General English, and lessons for beginners through to advanced learners. I taught for two years in Thailand and more recently I have been teaching Turkish university students. I tailor every lesson to my students' individual needs, creating a supportive environment where they can build confidence and improve their English naturally.
