About Sakshi
Hi! I’m Sakshi, a primary school educator and, most importantly, someone who genuinely enjoys being around children and watching them learn.
Over the years, I’ve realized that teaching is as much about connecting with a child as it is about teaching a subject. When children feel comfortable and encouraged, they are much more willing to participate, ask questions and try even when they are unsure.
I have experience working with young learners and understand that children don’t all learn in the same way. I enjoy finding simple, interesting ways to explain things and making lessons feel less like a formal class and more like an enjoyable learning experience.
I especially enjoy working on English, reading, speaking and communication skills. Along with helping children improve academically, I want them to become comfortable expressing their thoughts and speaking with confidence.
As a teacher, I am patient, approachable and encouraging. I celebrate small improvements because I believe those little steps eventually make a big difference.
I look forward to getting to know each child, understanding what they need and making learning something they genuinely enjoy.

I have always enjoyed working with children, and over the years I have learned that every child has a different way of learning. Some children need a little more time, some learn better through conversation and activities, while others simply need someone to make them feel confident enough to try.
In my classes, I like to keep things simple, interactive and comfortable. I don't want children to feel that they are attending another school lesson. We may read a short story, talk about a picture, play a language game, practice a grammar concept or simply have a conversation. Through these activities, I work on their vocabulary, reading, grammar and spoken English.
I also pay a lot of attention to how a child communicates. I encourage children to speak in complete sentences, share their ideas and ask questions without worrying about making mistakes. I believe confidence develops gradually when children feel that they are being heard and encouraged.
A typical class usually begins with a little conversation or revision, followed by the main concept or activity and plenty of practice. I end the class with a quick recap so that the child knows what they have learned.
My classes are mainly for the children who need support with English, reading, grammar, vocabulary or speaking. I also enjoy helping children become more confident speakers and express themselves better.
For me, a successful class is not just one where a child has learned something new, but one where they finish the class thinking, “I can do this.”
