About Lucia
Hi! I'm Lucia, a dedicated tutor with a passion for helping students achieve their full potential. With 3 years of experience , I aim to provide personalised, one-on-one tutoring that is tailored to each student’s unique learning style . I specialise in breaking down complex concepts into understandable terms. My approach is not just about improving grades—it's about building confidence, fostering a genuine understanding , and developing problem-solving skills that last a lifetime.
I am currently a Chemical Engineering student at the University of Manchester. I have experience in Edexcel Maths for GCSE and A level. I achieved 3 A*s in my A-levels for Biology, Chemistry and Maths and 10 GCSE’s which were all 8-9 grades.
With having more recently completing my exams, I have up-to-date knowledge of current exam formats and a strong grasp of effective exam techniques, along with insights into what examiners want. I understand the challenges of being a struggling student, but having achieved top grades, I now know what it takes to succeed and can help you do the same.
