About Kaium
I am currently studying Civil Engineering at Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS) and previously completed my BSc in Building Engineering and Construction Management from Khulna University of Engineering & Technology (KUET).
I have practical experience with Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Navisworks, and other engineering and building design software. I have used these tools for academic projects, building design, BIM modeling, drafting, and technical work.
I also have experience as a Teaching Assistant and have conducted technical workshops for students. This has helped me develop a simple and patient way of explaining software to beginners.
My teaching focuses on practical skills. I explain each tool clearly, demonstrate the workflow, and then help students practice it themselves. Whether you are starting from zero or want to improve your existing skills, I will adjust the lessons to your level.

I teach Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp through practical, step-by-step lessons. My goal is not only to show you which tools to click, but to help you understand how these software are used in real engineering and building design work.
In Revit, I can teach the basics of BIM modeling, architectural modeling, building elements, families, views, sheets, dimensions, schedules, and basic documentation.
For AutoCAD, I cover 2D drafting, floor plans, sections, elevations, dimensions, layers, blocks, layouts, and drawing setup.
For SketchUp, I teach 3D modeling, basic architectural modeling, components, materials, scenes, and presentation of building models.
A typical lesson is 60 to 90 minutes. I usually explain a topic first, demonstrate it on screen, and then let the student practice while I guide them. I also use small projects so students can learn by doing rather than only watching.
My lessons are suitable for beginners, university students, architecture and engineering students, and anyone who wants to improve their practical CAD, BIM, and 3D modeling skills. Lessons can be adjusted according to your current level and goals.
