As a 3h15 marathoner who also maintains a strong, muscular physique, I represent the rare middle ground: real cardiovascular excellence and genuine strength — a balance that is exceptionally difficult to master and even rarer to find in one coach. Most trainers can take you through a workout. I’ll help you understand exactly why you’re doing what you’re doing, how to optimise it for your goals, and how to make your progress sustainable for life.
