About Ashley
I have 10+ years of teaching experience. I graduated from Savannah State University with my bachelor’s degree in English and a master’s degree from Armstrong Atlantic State University in Early Childhood Education. I began as a Pre-K teacher and taught for 2 years. After that, I decided to expand my teaching experience and transitioned to lower elementary ranging from 1st-3rd grades. I have a strong passion for literacy and believe that reading opens the mind to a child’s imagination. I love to encourage my students to become better readers.
