About Steven
I am a college graduate who has never stopped learning or teaching others. I have two bachelor's degrees (in Electrical Engineering and Mathematics) from U.T. Austin. I enjoy helping students/co-workers/friends/relatives find enjoyment and passions in the STEM fields. I strive to simplify complex concepts in math/technology for those who struggle or are intimidated. Aside from tutoring, I enjoy helping others transition into careers in the STEM fields.

-I practice problems with my students to figure out their thought process and language in order to communicate subjects in their language/style.
- I prepare by receiving or sharing homework problems, or notes from students, revisit problems they are stuck in, then explain the concepts behind that problem so that they can solve similar problems.
- Patience is a strength I learned from previous tutoring jobs and troubleshooting technological problems of co-workers. There is no such thing as too many questions for me(even repetitive ones) as I always strive to avoid guessing from my students.
- Lessons are for middle school to college level students as well as adults trying to learn STEM courses/concepts
