I have experienced the stress that can come from AP exams and I also understand how helpful new eyes can be to an essay you have stared at for hours. I know the difficulty that can come from writing, but I also know the importance of good writing. My goal is to help you understand writing in its basic form, so that it can become more intuitive. I mainly teach through modeling the skill or activity then having the student practice it. After the student has tried, I will give corrections and the student will reflect. We will continue to practice until proficient or distinguished in the skill. I am known for my ability to connect with my students. Joy is the driving force in my lessons.
Since I have worked with 4 year olds to college level students, my lessons will range in reach. I mainly focus on middle school upward to college level reading and writing.
