About Nathaniel

I can relate to the struggle! Math can be a really difficult subject, and I was once in the same position as many students. That’s why I try to make learning math feel less intimidating and more approachable.

For the parents: I understand that trusting a college student with your child’s education can feel like a leap of faith! To give you a better idea of my background, here are some of the courses I have experience with:

Precalculus
Statistics
Calculus I–III
Linear Algebra
Econometrics

My goal isn’t just to help students get the right answer, but to help them understand why it’s the right answer and become more confident working through problems on their own.

- I like to start by going over the questions you’re struggling with most. Rather than just memorizing steps, I’ll help you understand the logic behind the math so it actually makes sense.
- I’m very flexible and happy to work at your pace! I’ve taken multiple levels of calculus and enjoy breaking down difficult concepts into smaller, easier-to-understand pieces.
- My lessons are mainly geared toward middle and high school students, whether you’re struggling with a class or just want to get ahead. All skill levels are welcome!
