I believe you can benefit from working with me because:
1) I have a good bit of previous experience tutoring: I started my own SAT tutoring company last year, I led an after-school math tutoring program as president of my HS' Mu Alpha Theta chapter, and I will be serving as an undergraduate teaching assistant for a Duke computer-science class next semester.

I'm flexible and enjoy adapting to the specific needs of each of my clients. However, I personally have found great success in studying and learning through spaced repetition and active recall, and I work to integrate these philosophies into my lessons. A couple concrete examples that I utilize frequently include cumulative homeworks and quick review quizzes/problem sets given at the beginning of each meeting.
My lessons are primarily for middle- and high-school students, though I'd love to tutor college students as well! I know: algebra, geometry, trigonometry, precalculus, calculus, and linear algebra (multivariable calculus to come soon...).
