About Nadjib
I am a double graduate engineer and Master2 in mechanics, all my life I had a passion for teaching. Moreover, I am looking for a doctoral thesis with the aim of becoming a university professor.
My engineering background had taught me many things in physics, mathematics, as well as in engineering sciences. Knowledge that I would like to share with my students, with my way of doing things, hoping to transmit to my students the passion for science.

A good teacher is a teacher who follows his students.
I give courses in mathematics (analysis and numerical methods especially) and in mechanics (of a point, solids, MMC, MDF, thermal, fatigue...) for more than 3 years. I teach up to a bac+5 level.
My approach is first to ask the student what he finds easy/difficult in the chapter in question, this helps to understand his needs. Then I try to assess his level with exercises (from td or another source), in order to offer him a course reminder adapted according to the level assessed.
To fully understand the course, you must of course do exercises and understand the logic that leads to their resolution. We start with easy exercises to give the student self-confidence, then we will increase the level of difficulty of the exercises as we progress. We will do course reminders when necessary.
My young age allows me to build friendly relationships, which makes it easier for my students to engage in discussion with me, and to ask their questions freely. After the course my students will always have my contacts if they ever have any specific questions.
Finally, I specify that my methodology remains flexible if the student wishes to request a particular method (to do only exercises for example....).
