My name is Madri Rabe, and I am a 3rd-year law student as well as a dedicated multi-sport athlete who has competed for South Africa. I specialize in long jump and triple jump, and I also hold provincial colors in netball, hockey, and athletics, giving me a strong and well-rounded understanding of sport. On Superprof, my goal is to share my passion for sport with others—whether you want to improve your general fitness, develop coordination and strength, or learn the fundamentals of athletics. My name is Madri Rabe, and I am a professional long jumper with a passion for helping others grow through sport. My experience in athletics has given me a strong understanding of training, movement, and the mindset needed to build confidence and improve performance in any physical activity.
