About NUR SABRINA
I am a qualified dietitian and a passionate educator. The satisfaction I gain from helping a student master a new concept is the same as seeing a client's health improve; both are about empowering individuals. A key part of my lessons involves active practice. We work through problems together, and I provide guided practice to build their problem-solving skills and confidence.
Lesson Length: A typical lesson runs for one hour. This duration is ideal for maintaining focus and allows us to cover a significant amount of material without causing burnout. For younger students, I am flexible and can adjust the pace as needed.
My Qualifications: I am a registered dietitian with a degree from UPM. My background in science provides a strong grasp of subjects like biology, science, and mathematics, while my counseling skills allow me to communicate effectively and patiently with students of all ages.
Who I Teach:
-Malay Language: I teach Malay to both kids and adults, including native speakers who want to improve their fluency and grammar. I focus on conversational skills and academic proficiency.
-Mathematics: I provide math lessons for pre-school and primary school students, focusing on building a solid foundation in fundamental concepts.
-Science and Biology: I tutor primary and secondary school students in general science and biology, helping them prepare for exams and develop a genuine interest in the subjects.
