I draw from a range of practices including: Guided mindfulness meditation, Buddhist Meditations, Breathwork (conscious breathing), Thought Awareness, Emotion awareness practices, Energy awareness practices (chakra balancing, grounding, and aura cleansing), Body scanning and somatic sensing, Mantra chanting and sound healing (when appropriate), Vedic Meditations, Gita Or Upanishad based meditations, Silence and inquiry-based meditation, Energy-Sensitive Guidance: I intuitively tune into the energy of individuals and the group to adapt the flow as needed. Integrated Healing: I combine meditation with subtle energy healing (Reiki/chakra work) to support emotional and energetic release. Practical Wisdom: I help students apply meditation and energy awareness in daily life—at work, in relationships, and during life transitions. Customized Tools: I often create personalized meditations, affirmations, or visualizations for students who need specific support.
