I met Tyler because he was a designated tutor for my spatial statistics course. I truly appreciated how (very) patient he was throughout the semester, repeatedly explaining core concepts and explaining them in different ways to help further my understanding. Throughout the semester that he was the tutor, he was flexible about meeting times and overall pleasant to learn from. Additionally, while I saw him regularly for tutoring, many other classmates did as well because we all liked and appreciated him.

Tyler my GOAT is the only reason I was able to pass my Spatial Statistics class. Unlike the professor, Tyler knew we had never used the R programing language before and had little experience with stats, so he met us where we were at. He helped me with all of my labs and I wouldn't have been able to complete them without his help. He also helped me with my GIS class on the rare occasion I hit a roadblock. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone learning the R programming language, doing statistical analysis or learning GIS
