About Godfrey
I am a professional dancer and choreographer trained in Classical Ballet. I hold a master's degree in the Performing Arts & Film/TV from American University, Washington DC.
I have danced, choreographed and taught dancers, gymnasts, athletes and models around the world.
Because mental health, physical fitness and emotional wellness are an integrated area of absolute importance to me, I am currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Health Education to learn how to change the world into a healthy planet.

Take the clean lines of Classical Ballet. Add the dynamic pulse of Jazz Dance and the dramatic angularity of Lyrical Dance. What you get is The Dynamic Stretch. It corrects your posture, putting it back where it belongs.
The Dynamic Stretch is different from just a stretch class. It's a fitness conditioning movement system that pulls your body in all directions using a secret technique that makes your body flex into maximal stretches without the pain.
If you are female, you will feel elegant and beautiful with exquisite curved lines by way of lean muscular extensions of the body. It starts with the feet deeply planted into the floor; legs extending maximally right through the hips and pelvis. The pull-up in the lower abs imparts a clean lift through the spine that gives you a feeling of a great lift.
The side stretches accompanied by curved arms exaggerate the sculptural impression of a horizontal drop; while torso extensions and the back-bend usher in the angelic feeling of flight. Light jumps and swings exaggerate the exuberance of a child-like sense of play and wonder. For some, this will prepare the body for the long awaited splits.
The jazz rock invigorates the body from the pelvis to the head and shoulders - and the spine celebrates fluid motion and flexible elasticity - yielding to the energetic release so badly needed for tension expulsion.
