I usually adapt my approach based on student's level and learning style. The way I do it is: - Encouraging students to explain concepts back to me. - Step-by-step building confidence by decomposing complex topics. - Incorporate real world analogies especially in subjects like chemistry - Arrange quizzes, repetition, and teaching-back methods - Emphasising conceptual foundations, in subjects like maths and physics, where students often struggle if earlier gaps aren't addressed. I always go for 60 minutes lessons. Sometimes 90 minute intensive prep is also carried out, e.g., exam readiness. My lessons are for students from middle-school to first year university students. You can approach me if you are struggling with basics, or curious about technical subjects like cybersecurity and want a head start.
