About Abhishek
Not your basic gym coach. My journey with sports started way back in school where I ran track and then I took up cricket professionally, I have been playing since then. I have been in fitness/sports professionally since the last 10 years. I have an experience of 5 years in training people/Athletes. I have trained various athletes and made them improve their performance in their respective sports. I have worked with Cricketers, footballers and track and field athletes. I have also trained and helped people lose weight and gain muscle with the help of Cardio, Bodybuilding workouts and yoga.

My teaching method is as simple as it gets. Keep your basics correct, don’t over complicate things, keep it simple. I believe in consistent hard-work.
I train people like an athlete which is more functional and relatable to our daily life and it will still make you look good and feel even fitter and faster and lighter.
Almost everyone today works out in the gym like a bodybuilder but only a few step on the stage to compete. Have you asked yourself why do you train like a bodybuilder even when you don’t compete??

This is just a standard amount I charge per hour if you are looking for random inconsistent classes. But, if you are serious about your health and want to train under me consistently, the prices can be negotiable because then I'll be charging monthly not hourly and it also depends on your goals and the kind of help you are seeking. Once you decide to work with me. I'll take care of everything including your training, diet, sleep and supplementation, your mobility and everything that you need to move freely without pain and looking extremely fit.
