Your first lesson includes a complimentary 30 minute consultation. In this consultation, I will understand what you want to accomplish in your future lessons. From there, I will suggest materials, recipes, and more - You'll be decorating in no time!

Materials are provided for in-class use.

*Sugar Flower Classes*
Creating a sugar flower is a multi-day process. On the first day, we color and sculpt each petal. On the second day, we dust each petal and assemble it all together to bring it to life.

I recommend booking 2 separate lessons. As sculpting is a slow process, I recommend booking for 2 hours each lesson to ensure you get the most out of your lessons.

*Lambeth Piping Classes*
Decorating cakes with ornate piping is fun experience. You'll learn how to prepare your buttercream and piping bags, practice various piping techniques, and how you can apply those skills on a cake.

We will be piping on both flat and inclined surfaces to simulate a real cake. If you want to practice on a real cake, additional costs will incur.
