About Narasimham
I am a person with 50 years of experience of working with persons with disabilities and helping them in skill development, employment and self employment. 30 years at filed level and the rest teaching, policy development and project appraisal, development and assist in execution. Awards: Best Placement Officer (1984), "Contemporary Who is Who" (2002), Lifetime Achievement (2003), Best Rehab Consultant, Tamilnadu Medical University, Award of Excellence by Alumni Association of Madras School of Social Work (2018) and several awards from Lions Clubs and Rotary Clubs. At present Chairman of Apex Committee on Vocational Rehabilitation constituted by Rehabilitation Council of India, Member of National Board of Examinations in Rehabilitation.
Author of Books on "Tools Through Signs", (1995) manual of Procedures for running Vocational Rehabilitation Centres (2003), "Vocational Rehabilitation of the Disabled in India - Principles and Practice" (2017). Has been teaching in RCI recognised courses at Certificate, diploma, undergraduate, post graduate levels.
