About Lia
My name is Lia. I live and breathe for people reaching their potential to live their best life and experience joy and mastery. To be a good couch, you must first of all be a couch to yourself.
I've dealt with many personal issues so I can relate to about any challenge. I have had both problems with my weight, with finances, in relationships and I have come out stronger on the other side. Challenges is what makes life interesting and when we come out on the other side we are wiser and stronger. It's all about mastery of meaning.
My strengths are that I am a good listener, I create a warm safe place for coucghin and I recognise patterns which make change possible.
I have a varied background from my professional life. I have lived in several countries. This gives me a broad perspective and it is easy for me to relate to different people's stories and life situations.

Couching is for you who want to increase the quality of your life. Perhaps you need help to find and achieve short-term and long-term goals? Do you need to work on your relationships in your private life and at work? Maybe you want to find, or rekindle love again? I am here to support you.
I am an RMT couch graduate. It is based on the methods of Tony Robbins and Cloe Madanes. We believe that clients have the answers themselves and couching is a collaboration between the couch and the client.
I will adapt my couching style to what you want and need. Do you want me to hold you accountable for what you say you want to achieve? Do you want to be challenged? Or do you just want someone to brainstorm with? Someone listening and understanding? We find the style that suits you best.
