About NEERJA
I am a qualified Cost and Works Accountant. I left active work to raise my daughters. I have been taking maths tuition classes for classes 5 to 8 since last 5 years.
As my daughters now move to co9llege I now wish to share my knowledge with young boys and girls in ways that they find study fun and interesting .
I want children to understand concepts and their applications and be able to identify their own area of interest.

I first take a test and do a one on one discussion to assess prior knowledge
Ensure concept understanding with the help of support tools, educational websites and interactive classroom sessions
Create conducive learning environment and motivation
Assessment of concept understanding and concept application
through tests, quizzes, discussions and presentations
Regular feedback to parents and corrective actions whenever and wherever needed
I generally prefer not more than 10 students in an online class
I am passionate about teaching and prefer to monitor student's understanding very closely
I take maths classes for students of classes 5 to 8
