But, Undergraduate students without any experience looking out for a Job and willing to learn Java are also welcome. However, a desire to learn Java language is essential.

I do teach by way of interacting with students taking one concept at a time, so webcam with audio connection is preferred. I do use Eclipse extensively, however, you may use Netbeans or IntelliJ or other IDEs as well.

I have taught right from my schooling to my fellow school students and while i were in college to my college mates. And I am a passionate teacher with my Father and fore-fathers being teachers. Many of my friends and relatives are teachers even today. And when a student asks questions, I try to pose more logical relevant questions, so that the student can find the answers him(her)self. The intention is definitely not to demotivate the student, but to make him/her understand the concepts so that he/she can apply those concepts in future. If posing questions demotivates you, or you have some problem in the class you can always share your criticism openly in the class.
