About Minakshi
I love cooking! I have been cooking since I was a kid. But my passion for cooking became stronger after I came to the US. Everything was expensive for a student and just not good enough for a desi. Restaurants had just their standard menu and I had cravings that didn't match that. That pushed me to cook more and gradually I didn't only cook what were my favorites from my mom's kitchen, but I started picking up recipes from all around India and falling in love with the beauty of Indian cuisine.
