About Elia
I have always been surrounded by music thanks to my family, which sparked my passion for it. I began my singing journey at the age of fourteen, refining my skills under the guidance of esteemed mentors, including Franco De Biase, Lucy Phillips, and Matteo Ratti, the founder of the VEM (Vocal Equilibrium Method), of which I am a certified teacher.
I studied Modern Singing at the Lizard Academies and also pursued instrumental training, studying classical guitar and piano with Maestro Franco De Biase. Since 2022, I have been collaborating with various music schools, and in 2023, I launched a music and singing project for Rossini Primary School in Florence.
I offer a comprehensive approach that helps students develop a solid vocal technique adaptable to any modern musical style and starting level.
I specialize in English language repertoire as well as pop and R&B/soul genres.

Singing quickly became my top priority and emotional need, which is why sharing this passion — rediscovering our own voice — is so important to me.
My goal is to make a difference for my students by simplifying and guiding their journey, from learning the basics of singing and the role of breathing to mastering advanced techniques, all while providing a comprehensive musical education.
Each lesson will be tailored to the individual needs of the student, starting with vocal warm-ups and technical exercises, and progressing to song study.
Other aspects we can work on together include:
● Exploring vocal style and expressiveness
● Coordinating voice with musical instruments
● Developing basic skills for playing an instrument while singing and learning your first chords
