My teaching method is not just the theory part they should know the wotking of that part too.if its a mathematics then he or she should be apt to solve independently.so i just ask questions not an yes or no questions, that each students should talk about the by the way they dont feel class is boring and can improve their communication skill even if he is a silent boy. And i always wanted to be one among them and some time i used to teach wrong answers that students should findout and correct it. It also raises students’ self-confidence since, perhaps for the first time in their lives, they can feel like their opinions are meritorious of consideration by their tutor and indeed, by other thinkers on a given subject. This leads to a unique relationship between tutors and students in that it fosters a mentoring approach that makes students feel supported and cared for.
