Will is smart, organized, and reliable. Even better, he really loves math, and he has a sense of humor that makes students enjoy being around him. He doesn’t get stressed; he’s level-headed, easy going and he approaches the work calmly - something he passes on to the kids he works with (and their parents really appreciate this). Almost all have seen improvement on tests, standardized tests, and with their grades in general. He’s worked with middle- and high-school students and gets along well with all of them.
