About Kavika
I haven't given lessons but I have been around sports teams other high school teams and college teams and have mentored others. Also in the weight room i am constantly helping out and mentoring others on certain lifts or workouts. Academic wise I have 4 younger siblings that i grew up with and have mentored them and they're doing just fine with grades and their extra curricular activities. Like I said this would be a first time experience but with practice makes perfect I have to start somewhere!

Hi there I've lived in the Fort Walton area for about 11 years. Graduated from Fort Walton Beach High School. There I was very involved I played football, basketball, and ran track all four years. I furthered my education and played football at Huntington college but came back home and now currently enrolled at Northwest Florida State College but would loved to be still involved with sports and fitness and what better way to do that than mentoring and teaching others the skills that I've learned. This would be a first time experience for myself but techniques and methods I would use would be starting off with teaching respect and being a better overall person. From that I would get to the fitness and health part (eating habits, stretching, etc.) It depends on what I'm teaching really but I would have a workout plan of what we are doing for each day/workout. My characteristics as a teacher would be overall respect. Respect for me, your peers, elders, etc. I love having fun I'm all about it, workouts and sports are nothing if you're not having fun with it otherwise they will get tired of it and not want to do it. There's a lot more I have to offer I just don't want to write you an essay about it!
