About Javier
Having suffered all my life with problems of overweight and obesity, lack of cardiovascular capacity and endless associated discomforts, I decided to change my life and get fit, healthy and strong, leaving the aesthetic component as a side effect, I simply wanted to feel right.
Once I started to see results, I felt the need to help other people in a similar situation to mine, because having gone through it (I went from 105kg to 65kg measuring 1.69m and being over 30 years old), I am proof that It is possible and that the beginning of your path in fitness does not have to start when you are a teenager, you can start at any age, once you have taken that step (which is the most difficult), you already have half the battle won.
