About Mike
Hi. I'm a highly experienced clinical hypnotherapist and qualified counsellor based in London and working exclusively online.
With over 40 years of experience in clinical areas, I've helped countless individuals overcome a wide range of mental health challenges and achieve their personal goals.
I also regularly help people with Stop Smoking Hypnosis.
I'm also the author of two hypnosis books: 'Hypnotherapy for Dummies' and 'Self-Hypnosis for Dummies'.
As a clinical hypnotherapist, I use hypnosis to help my clients access their unconscious mind and facilitate positive change.
I specialise in using hypnotherapy to address issues such as anxiety, depression, phobias and chronic pain management.
Additionally, I work as a clinical supervisor for psychotherapists, counsellors and hypnotherapist. I am also available for clinical supervision.
My approach is tailored to each individual client, ensuring that they receive the most effective treatment for their unique needs.
In addition to my expertise in hypnotherapy, I'm also an experienced qualified BACP Senior Accredited counsellor. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
I have multiple counselling qualifications, including a Masters in Social Work (Indiana University, USA) and from Re-Vision, London.
