Diane is very easy to learn from because she is polite, friendly, professional, and clear, and never makes one feel embarrassed or uncomfortable about singing performance that could be enhanced. I didn’t know fully what to expect from her pedagogical philosophy of Functional Voice Training, but I have benefited considerably from utilizing it with Diane’s guidance. I am a relative newcomer to the world of singing and I reasoned that if I was learning to play a musical instrument I would be taking lessons and also, being of rather more mature years I was concerned that I might be losing notes in the upper register, the skills listed by Diane on her website appeared to fit the bill.
