I am a former athlete who played 5 sports! Since graduating and receiving my certifications I have worked with young athletes, high school athletes, D1, D2, and JUCO athletes, as well as professional overseas athletes! Being a former athlete I understand what movements are necessary to enhance performance. I absolutely love what I do and love seeing my athletes develop!!
