About Saskia
I am a professional singer-songwriter and vocal coach with a specialized focus on the intersection of creativity, neuroscience, and nervous system health. Following a period of creative burnout, I discovered that reconnecting with my voice was a powerful catalyst for personal healing and transformation. Through songwriting, I was able to process complex emotions, rebuild resilience, and restore my creative flow.
