My experience with Bình was nothing but positive. And I’ve changed 6 different teachers before I’ve started with Bình, so I know what I’m talking about. From lesson 1 we’re communicating by Vietnamese only. This is crucial. Most of Vietnamese tutors prefer to teach it through their broken English with is horrible on so many levels. But with Bình it became very natural very fast. The learning process is fun and interactive. Again, most Vietnamese tutors just follow a textbook (there’s not a single decent textbook yet) and teach you useless book speak. Bình prepares her own materials and teaches you the real stuff. I’ve had quite a few Vietnamese teachers over the years but Binh has definitely been my favorite. She has a great attitude towards teaching, is always punctual, has lessons prepared that focus on what I’m trying to learn, and makes learning fun.
