I am a dedicated educator with over 16 years of classroom teaching experience, a Master's degree in Education, and I am currently a doctoral candidate in Educational Leadership. These personalized sessions are specially designed for elementary and middle school students from Kindergarten through 8th grade. A Typical 45 to 60 Minute Lesson Plan:
Warm-Up & Mindset (5 mins): A quick activity or concept review to activate prior knowledge and get focused.
Targeted Direct Instruction (10-15 mins): Explicitly introducing new reading or math concepts using clear models and interactive techniques.
Guided Practice & Feedback (15 mins): Hands-on problem solving, text analysis, or passage reading with real-time coaching and encouragement.
Independent Application (10 mins): Practice exercises or challenge problems to solidify mastery.
