About Alexis
I am a certified elementary teacher with a Master’s in Education and four years of classroom experience. I specialize in phonics and spelling with Orton-Gillingham training, as well as reading, writing, and math for Grades 1–6. As an educator, I believe success comes from strong relationships as much as strong lessons. I create a supportive, encouraging space where students feel safe to try, make mistakes, and grow. I offer tutoring for Grades 1–6 in phonics, spelling, reading, writing, and math. My lessons are student-centered, structured, and tailored to individual needs.
