Mr. Napier and I are former colleagues who worked closely together serving students with behavioral needs and students with disabilities. I have worked with Casey for many years and since the first day of us working together, we have had such great chemistry. Casey is very hardworking, communicates well with his students and co-workers and makes the work environment super enjoyable. With his students, he is on top of them but also an outlet for them to be comfortable and be themselves and be accepted for who they are. He is the true definition of a teacher. As for me personally, I am a little biased but Casey is one of the greatest co-workers I’ve ever had. Our relationship transcends the workplace.
