Perfect! Zeel is a very knowledgeable and dedicated trainer. She focuses deeply on the problem areas and gives a variety of exercises to correct the issue. I have been working out with Zeel for 3 months now and I feel a lot of improvement in my core strength and mobility. Zeel is respectful of my goals and does not mindlessly push for weightloss as many other trainers do. She focuses on overall physical health right from the basics which is amazing and rare to find. I highly recommend her as a fitness trainer!
Perfect! Patient, kind and clear teacher. Zeel is an excellent teacher who helps her students achieve and focus on the things they want to achieve.
Perfect! She’s a brilliant instructor - have worked with her over a month and will continue to do so :)
