I see physical education as more than just exercise — it’s about helping people feel confident, enjoy moving their bodies, and build healthy habits for life. I focus on making lessons fun and practical, so you can learn skills and improve fitness in a way that works for you.

In my classes, I combine hands-on practice with simple explanations about why each exercise or skill is important. I like to keep things positive and encouraging, so you stay motivated and proud of your progress.

Usually, lessons last around 45 to 60 minutes. That’s enough time to warm up, work on skills or exercises, and cool down without feeling rushed.

I have a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Physical Education and several years of teaching experience. I’ve worked with different ages and skill levels, so I’m happy to help beginners, students, or anyone wanting to get better at sports or fitness.

My lessons are open to all ages and levels — whether you’re just starting out or want to improve your performance, I’ll tailor the lessons to fit your goals.
