My Story…
I spent my 20s stuck in the daily grind of monotonous 9-5 desk jobs. I wanted the physique and confidence women were attracted to and men respected, but no matter which training program or diet I tried, nothing worked.
Reality hit me on my 30th birthday when I reflected on my life. I was single, broke, overweight and depressed.
Society might have seen me as a failure but I saw a crossroads with two clear choices.
Accept an insignificant life as an average, forgettable man...or go back to the drawing board, reinvent myself and rebuild my life from the ground up.
Over the next 5 years I turned everything around and now I'm the man I always aspired to be; fit, healthy, confident and living with purpose.
I work with men because I’ve walked in their shoes, made their mistakes but most importantly, because I understand their problems and know how to solve them.
I've had the demanding job. I've felt the dwindling energy. I've lived through the frustration that comes with keeping in shape amidst daily chaos.
