About Hanno
I grew up in Stellenbosch with a strong passion for sport and an active lifestyle from a young age. My mother often jokes that I started my fitness journey while still in a stroller. Throughout my childhood I was involved in multiple sports including golf, hockey, tennis, water polo, athletics, and mountain biking.
As I grew older, I noticed how many people struggled with unhealthy lifestyles and a lack of proper guidance in fitness. That inspired me to pursue a degree in Exercise Science at ETA College in Stellenbosch, where I developed the knowledge and skills needed to help people transform their health and performance.
Today I work with clients who want to improve their strength, fitness, body composition, and overall lifestyle. My coaching focuses on real results, accountability, and sustainable progress. I also coach tennis, combining athletic performance with strength and conditioning.
