I focus on functional training and physiotherapy as a first step into learning how to move with intention. We will work on any misalignments or imbalances to ensure our physical bases are covered. After we ensure we have a proper base we will work off from there. Building a strong foundation is essential to building anything long lasting.

Erik is a longterm teacher of mine. He has helped me both spiritually, as well as physically. From his teachings of movement mediation (incorporating Tai Chi, Yoga, and various martial arts) to his words of experience on how to live a healthier, more fulfilling life. I can confidently recommend him to anyone wanting to develop themselves as well.
