You will never encounter a cookie cutter session with me. I approach each client, assess her needs and design a time where we try to touch on the entire body , concentrating on those areas that need more attention due to weakness, past surgery, or life changing event (such as childbirth)
If in your home, I bring any equipment needed. If in my gym, we have fun discovering how to use all equipment! If virtual, I start with the enormous amount of bodyweight movements and proceed to encourage you to purchase some simple items to enhance future workouts

I can honestly say I am pain free today because of Alison. I have had bursitis and piriformis syndrome for months but I feel better today than I have in a long time. Alison not only trains; she trains to help alleviate any specific issues you are dealing with. She does her research and is well informed and knowledgeable. She works on balance which is so important as we age. Alison creates workouts based on your body and unique need; nothing is ever cookie cutter. In addition to all of this and equally as important is that she is a kind and caring person with a mission to help her clients become stronger, fitter and to age with strength and grace-Cathy 67
