About Nathalie
The source movement of well-being has always been one of my driving forces. Several years of athletic and dance practice guided me to Nia, a movement art that combines martial arts, dance and body awareness techniques. Practiced barefoot on various and inspiring music, the Nia is invigorating and relaxing. Whether sporty or beginner, breath, anchor, muscle strength, flexibility and body expression are part of the Nia. All of this powerfully activated by pleasure and joy. Instructor of Nia for 15 years, my level is Nia Brown-Belt. I am also a translator and teacher of English and French. Eh yes! Language and movement = same part of the cerebral cortex:)

You are invited to adapt the movements according to your energy and your inspiration of the moment. I change the "routines" regularly. These are extremely varied and allow to develop a set of physical performances.
